His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman is undertaking a fraternal visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he met with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, in Jeddah.
The meeting focused on the deeply rooted fraternal relations between Oman and Saudi Arabia and ways to further strengthen and develop cooperation across various sectors.
The two leaders also exchanged views on the latest developments concerning prominent regional and international issues.
Discussions included efforts to promote calm and peace, safeguard the security and stability of countries and peoples, and protect their economies and interests.
The visit reflects the close and longstanding ties between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their shared interest in further strengthening bilateral cooperation.
