A remarkable celestial pairing is visible over Bahrain today as the crescent Moon of Rabi’ Al Thani 1448 AH appears close to Venus, which is also in its crescent phase.

The Moon passed in front of Venus during the afternoon, with the closest alignment occurring, when Venus was approximately 0.6 degrees from the Moon.

After sunset, the two crescent-shaped objects appear close together in the western sky, offering a striking view for skywatchers. Astronomy sources also confirm the Moon–Venus pairing for the evening of September 14
